Bids for the construction of the Project will be received until Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., local time. At that time, the Bidders and Bid Amounts will be publicly reviewed on http://QuestCDN.com and read aloud via video conference or conference call. For this Project, Bids will be received and accepted ONLY via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. The Project includes the following Work: Procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of standby generator systems at the Regional Water System water treatment plant and intake pump station. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.
