NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that on February 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM, the Lebanon Community School District Board will hold a public hearing and sit as the Local Contract Review Board to consider a request for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements of ORS 279C.335(1) pursuant to ORS 279C.335(2).
The District proposes to utilize the Design-Build alternative contracting method for a class of public improvement projects consisting of fire alarm control panel replacements and associated system upgrades across multiple District facilities (Fire Alarm Panel Replacement Program).
The exemption would allow the District to procure a Design-Build firm through a competitive Request for Proposals process.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the draft findings supporting the exemption from the competitive bidding process.
