LAKE OSWEGO SCHOOL DISTRICTWESTRIDGE & HALLINAN FURNITURE REPLACEMENT PROJECT Bids Due 4:00 pm, March 10, 2026 INVITATION TO BIDLake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from Contractors for the Westridge & Hallinan Furniture Replacement Project (the "Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The following schools are included in the scope of work; Hallinan Elementary School and Westridge Elementary School. Bid Documents may be obtained at Precision Images (Virtual Plan Center); 614 SE Hawthorne Portland, OR97214; (503) 274-2030, https://vpc.precisionimages.com/. Documents will be available on Monday, February 2, 2026. One set of Bid Documents can be obtained by Contractors free of charge. Plan holders will also have access to digital documents at Precision Images Virtual Plan Center. Additional hard copiescan be ordered from Precision Images at the contractor's cost, plus shipping, with no refund for returned sets. Bids must be received by LOSD no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the LOSD Administration Office reception desk/conference room, 2455 Country Club Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. NOTE: This location ts an active school facility, and students are released at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Make necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received and time stamped no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 10, 2026. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened by the District and read aloud on Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 4:10 p.m. at the LOSD Administration Office reception desk/conference room, 2455 Country Club Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034. As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the LOSD Administration Office reception desk/conference room, 2455 Country Club Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034, within 2 hours of the bid time and date.
