EUGENE WATER AND ELECTRIC BOARD (EWEB)PUBLIC NOTICEThis is a Notice of Intention to exempt certain public improvements at EWEB's Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project from the regular bidding process in favor of using an alternative procurement process for the selection of a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), as allowed in ORS 279C.335 and EWEB Rules. A copy of the draft findings to support use of the alternative procurement process is available to the public.
