RFP 25-26/02Springfield School District No 19 is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Workers' Compensation Insurance and Claims Management. Bids must be clearly marked "WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE AND CLAIMS MANAGEMENT". Offers must be received electronically by Demian Laudati, Purchasing Manager at demian.laudati@springfield.k12.or.us before the due date and time.
Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm on Friday, April 17, 2026.
Springfield School District No 19 may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the District that it is in the public interest to do so.
