Your spouse, Daniel Thompson, has filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage seeking to dissolve the marriage between you and Petitioner, and requesting such other relief as may be just and equitable. You may be liable for attorney fees in this case if contested. A judgment for attorney fees can be entered against you as provided in ORS chapter 107 should Petitioner prevail in this case.
