The City may, at its sole discretion, extend the resulting agreement to include Final Design of the recommended improvements. Sealed responses marked "Statement of Qualifications for Creswell Pre-Design Report for a Regional Sanitary Sewer Connection with Opportunity for Final Design" shall be physically submitted to the City Representative at Westech Engineering, Inc. (3841 Fairview Industrial Dr SE, Suite 100, Salem, OR 97302) by 2:00 PM on August 25, 2026. Emailed or faxed proposals will be rejected as non-responsive.
