The District is now seeking Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide GC/CM Services for the project. Statement of Qualifications for Stage 1 of the procurement process will be received by Evergreen Public Schools at the District Office, 13413 NE LeRoy Haagen Memorial Dr., Vancouver, WA 98684, until 3:00 pm, August 25, 2026. A mandatory pre-SOQ meeting will be held at the Cascadia Technical Academy (CTA), 12200 NE 28th St, Vancouver, WA 98682, August 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. This meeting will also include a visit to the Cascadia Technical Academy (CTA), Building 100 Project site that is adjacent to the District office. All firms planning to submit SOQs are required to be represented at this meeting. A copy of the RFP with additional information about the project and the selection process will be available after 9:00 AM, August 3, 2026.
