REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Happy Valley is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative / Project Management services to support the planning, design, permitting, and construction of a new Public Works Facility.
The City intends to construct a new Public Works Facility to support the operational needs of the City's Public Works and Parks maintenance functions, including street maintenance, fleet and equipment storage and maintenance, materials storage, administrative offices, and associated site infrastructure.
Proposals must be received by the City of Happy Valley no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 24, 2026. Proposals shall be submitted electronically only. Proposals must be clear, concise, and shall not exceed twenty (20) pages.
