CITY OF GRESHAMNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING April 2, 2026, 10:00 AM Council Chambers, Gresham City Hall 1333 NW Eastman Parkway Gresham, OR 97030The City of Gresham will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to receive comments on draft findings to exempt a class of contracts from competitive bidding requirements. The exemption would allow Gresham to contract with a developer or a developer's contractor to construct additional public improvements when a developer is engaged, or is planning to engage, in a development or construction project within the City and adjacent to an area where the City desires to perform certain construction work, including public improvements or minor alterations or repairs The draft findings are available by contacting the City Attorney's Office at 503-618-2507. Any interested person may appear and present comments at the public hearing. On April 7, 2026, Gresham City Council will receive a report of the public hearing and consider adopting a Council Resolution which would exempt this class of contracts from the competitive bidding process. All hearing locations are wheelchair accessible.
