CITY OF BAKER CITYBAKER CITY POLICE STATION SEISMIC REHABILITATION PROJECT Proposals Due 5:00 PM, April 17, 2026. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The City of Baker City ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Baker City Police Station Seismic Rehabilitation Project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal and email it to Danielle Schuh, Director, Public Works, at PWAdirector@bakercity.gov. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 PM Local Time on April 17, 2026, after which time no further Proposals will be received. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Baker City Police Station located at 1768 S Auburn Ave., Baker City, OR 97814. Project Scope of Work: The project consists of seismic strengthening in the Baker City Police Station at 1768 S Auburn Ave., Baker City, OR 97814. The complete Request for Proposal may be reviewed and obtained by emailing Desiree Lockwood at Desiree.D.Lockwood@imegcorp.com. The CM/GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. ANY PROTEST OR REQUEST FOR CHANGE MUST BE DELIVERED IN WRITING TO DANIELLE SCHUH, ASSISTANT PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, AT 1655 FIRST STREET, BAKER CITY, OR 97814, ON OR BEFORE SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS.
