CHEMEKETA COMMUNITY COLLEGEWOODBURN CAMPUS HVAC UPGRADES PROJECT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGThe Governing Board of the Chemeketa Community College (CCC), acting as the Local Contract Review Board for the College, will hold a public hearing on May 20, 2026, after 6:00 pm at the Chemeketa Community College Chemeketa Salem Campus, 4000 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem, OR 97305, Building 2, Room 170, Boardroom. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the College's draft findings to exempt from competitive bidding under ORS 279C.335, based on detailed specifications, for the proposed Woodburn Campus HVAC Upgrades Project. The proposed findings would authorize construction by means of a construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) under ORS279C.337. The CM/GC will be selected by competitive proposals prior to the preparation of the final construction documents. The draft findings are available for public review online at the Chemeketa Community College's solicitation website at: https://go.chemeketa.edu/procurement. The hearing will take place as part of the regular board meeting.
