Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and reads on the due date and time at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center. The project includes: · Site preparation for the construction of the new dog park. Work to be completed by November 15, 2026. · Construct new concrete walkways, concrete mow strips and perform site grading. · Construct new underground stormwater utilities and connections to existing stormwater infrastructure. · Install fencing, site amenities, and plantings as described in the plan set. · Coordination with Landscape Architect, Engineers, and Owner · Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. · Coordinate work with proposed underground stormwater utilities with Oregon City Public Works, as needed.
