CITY OF OREGON CITYWESLEY LYNN DOG PARK Bids Due 2:00 pm, July 8, 2026 INVITATION TO BIDSealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Wesley Lynn Dog Park for the City of Oregon City (City), Oregon will be received by Thomas Kissinger, Parks and Recreation Deputy Director, 13895 Fir Street, Oregon City, Oregon, First Floor until 2:00 PM local time on July 8, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and reads on the due date and time at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center. The project includes: · Site preparation for the construction of the new dog park. Work to be completed by November 15, 2026. · Construct new concrete walkways, concrete mow strips and perform site grading. · Construct new underground stormwater utilities and connections to existing stormwater infrastructure. · Install fencing, site amenities, and plantings as described in the plan set. · Coordination with Landscape Architect, Engineers, and Owner · Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. · Coordinate work with proposed underground stormwater utilities with Oregon City Public Works, as needed. All solicitation notices and documents are available exclusively through DemandStar. A DemandStar account is required to access full documents, including detailed information for each item being solicited. The City’s Procurement webpage, https://www.orcity.org/bids lists the names of advertised projects and provides instructions for registering for a DemandStar account. No solicitation documents are posted on the City website. The City is not responsible if proposers fail to receive notifications of solicitations made by the City and posted as stated above. Solicitation documents are also available for review at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045 (Telephone: 971-204-4601), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Addenda, clarifications, and notices will be distributed through the City's online planholder system. Potential bidders are responsible for ensuring that contact information is registered correctly and that email updates are being received and not being sent to spam folders. It is in the best interest of potential bidders to check the website periodically to ensure all updates are received. The City is not responsible for failure of bidders to receive notifications of changes or corrections made by the City and posted as stated above. No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of their bid, that the provisions of ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 276a shall be complied with, a statement as to resident bidder status, and whether the bidder is licensed under ORS 468A.720 (no asbestos removal is contemplated for this project). Prior to submission of its bid, the bidder shall be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor’s Board, and thereafter comply with the requirements of ORS 701.005 to 701.137.
