CITY OF HALSEYWEST H STREET - ROAD IMPROVEMENTS Bids Due 2:00 pm, October 1, 2026 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSGeneral Notice City of Halsey (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: West H Street - Road Improvements Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Halsey located at 100 W Halsey St, Halsey, OR 97348, until October 1st, 2026, at 2 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Subcontractor Disclosure form must be submitted to receiving office by 4:00 pm on October 2nd, 20 26. The Project includes the following Work: Street reconstruction of West H Street including surface drainage improvements from West 3rd Street to West 5th Street. Substantial Completion will be determined based on the schedule submitted by the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.halseyor.gov Bidding Documents, including the Project Manual, Plans, Specifications, Agreement, and Bid Forms, may be downloaded from the designated website, which will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be issued only through the designated website; neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents obtained from sources other than the designated website, including plan rooms, in either electronic or paper format. All prospective bidders must be added to the Plan Holders List by sending an e-mail with company contact information to jeni@devcoengineering.com with the project title in the subject line - prospective bidders must be on the Plan Holders List for their bid to be considered, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from an alternate source. Notification of Addenda issuance will be sent via email to all addresses on the Plan Holders List, however, bidders remain responsible for checking the designated website for addenda and changes prior to submitting their bid.
