HOOD RIVER-WHITE SALMON BRIDGE AUTHORITYPUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A PREQUALIFIED BIDDER HRWSBA-SV-2026-01 TEST PILE INSTALLATION SERVICES HOOD RIVER-WHITE SALMON BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECTThe Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Authority ("Authority") hereby invites qualified contractors to submit applications for prequalification for an upcoming procurement of the Contract HRWSBA-SV-2026-01 for Test Pile Installation Services in support of the Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Replacement Project. The anticipated work includes marine construction activities associated with the installation and testing of piles necessary to support development of the Temporary Work Trestle design. The procurement is being conducted as a separate service contract and is not part of the Progressive Design-Build Contract. The prequalification process is conducted pursuant to ORS 279C.430. Application Deadline September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time Mandatory Prequalification The Authority requires mandatory prequalification for the final solicitation and contractors seeking to submit a bid for the forthcoming procurement are encouraged to apply for prequalification. Contractors that successfully obtain prequalification will be eligible to submit bids for the forthcoming Invitation to Bid ("IFB") for Contract HRWSBA-SV-2026-01, Test Pile Installation Services. Contractors that are not prequalified will be ineligible to submit a bid. Applications received after the deadline may not be considered.
