TILLAMOOK ESTUARIES PARTNERSHIPENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR ROAD REALIGNMENT AND UPGRADE DESIGN PROJECT Proposals Due 5:00 pm, October 9th, 2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) is inviting proposals from qualified engineering firms to develop 30% designs for the realignment and upgrade of Eckloff Road between Hwy 131 and Tillamook River Road. TEP will award a contract for all work necessary to coordinate with TEP, Tillamook County Public Works and adjacent landowners, review existing data, assess the site, perform studies to confirm physical conditions and finalize 30% design for the Road. The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be obtained from TEP's website: tbnep.org. A site visit is scheduled for September 23rd at 1pm.
