NOTICE TO PROPOSERSNotice is hereby given that on September 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time), a Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released online by the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay (OIPCB) for the planning phase of the PCIP's terminal component, funded by INFRA grant no. 693JF72540001 through the US Department of Transportation Maritime Administration (USDOT MARAD).
Planning work for the terminal will include surveying, geotechnical work, civil engineering, architectural, land use planning, structural engineering, electrical engineering, coastal engineering, on-dock railyard design and engineering, traffic studies, environmental studies, community engagement, permitting and operational optimizations.
The RFP will detail the expected qualifications, capabilities, and capacity to be shown by proposers.
All proposers are directed to visit the OIPCB website at https://www.portofcoosbay.com/solicitations-public-notices on September 23 on or after 1:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) to access a digital copy of the RFP. The RFP will remain available until the end of the submission period on October 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time).
