NOTICE TO PROPOSERSNotice is hereby given that on September 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time), a Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released online by the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay (OIPCB) for the planning phase of the PCIP's Coos Bay Rail Line (CBRL) upgrade component, funded by CRISI grant no. 69A36525422500CRSOR through the United States Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration (USDOT FRA).
Planning work for the CBRL Rail Upgrades will include surveying, geotechnical work, civil engineering, rail design, structural engineering, environmental studies, community engagement and permitting.
The RFP will detail the expected qualifications, capabilities, and capacity to be shown by proposers.
All proposers are directed to visit the OIPCB website at https://www.portofcoosbay.com/solicitations-public-notices on September 23, 2026 on or after 1:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) to access a digital copy of the RFP. The RFP will remain available until the end of the submission period on October 28, 2026, at 4 :00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time).
